We are currently seeking an Architectural Designer for our corporate headquarters in Dallas who has prior experience in multi-family residential housing in any of the various building types, hospitality and/or mixed-use.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and a minimum of 2-5 years experience in mid-rise and high-rise. Proficiency in AutoCAD and hand rendering skills are a must.

The Regional Director must be a licensed and experienced architect, strong manager and solid marketing representative for the firm. The individual will be accountable for management and development of the workload, personnel and clientele in order to produce maximum overall profits and growth of the region.

Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, licensed (or eligible for licensing in the state), and at least ten years of experience with primary expertise in multi-family, mixed use and luxury high rise. Must be experienced and competent manager and developer of personnel with proven track record of managing a full P&L and a solid and polished representative of the firm.
